1. The manuscripts should be scientific, innovative, practical or valuable for reference. They are generally manuscripts in Chinese with prominent themes, clear arguments and concise text. Submissions shall be solely responsible and shall not involve state secrets. If the content of the manuscript involves collaborating units and other collaborators, it must be indicated in the text and agreed in advance, otherwise the author shall be responsible for any disputes. There should be no more than 6 authors, who are direct participants and principals. Do not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal (including papers formally accepted or published in other journals or conferences, or translations of English papers).

2. The paper length should be kept within 8 pages. The maximum paper length shall not exceed 12 pages, which will not be processed for review. All articles accepted by JOPS will be requested to pay a page charge. If the paper length is less than 8 pages (including 8 pages), the page charges shall be calculated according to the basic standard of the journal (RMB300 per page for Nonmember, RMB200 per page for Member); for more than 8 pages, extra pages (9~12 pages) will be charged twice.

3. Manuscripts must be submitted in Word format (.doc/.docx). The page size is 21cm × 28.5cm (portrait), and the type area is 15cm × 22cm. Text should be single column typesetting with Song typeface 5; photos or pictures should be black and white (pixel 300dpi, length * height = 800mm * 300mm), color pictures should be converted to black and white, or use different gray lines to distinguish; foreign characters should be unified (e.g. a, α; β, B; C, c, etc.), character format (such as orthographic, italic, bold) should be indicated, superscripts and subscripts should be clear. 4. There should be no more than 10 illustrations, which should meet the requirements of mechanical drawing. Electrical symbols shall be marked according to the national electrical graphics standards; all characters in the figure should be in Chinese, and the physical quantity and unit are separated by slashes (/). The physical quantity is in italics, and the unit is in normal format. Figure number and figure title are indicated in the corresponding position.

5. Tables should be self-explanatory, without repetition with figures or texts. Using three-line table, add auxiliary line when necessary.

6. The Title should be no more than 20 words. The authors` name should be spelled in Pinyin or foreign languages; provide the author address with second-level, and the English address should be the standard translation.

7 The Abstract should contain four elements: research purpose, methods, results and conclusions. It should be in 250~300 words with refined language and highlighted innovation. The English abstract should be consistent with the Chinese abstract, with complete meaning and fluent written.

8. The manuscript should have 3~8 keywords (Chinese and English). The Chinese library classification number must be provided in accordance with the Chinese Library Classification (5th edition).

9. References are listed at the end of the paper. The reference must be marked in the upper right corner where it has been cited, for example, [1,2]. Contents not published (including works to be published) cannot be quoted.

10. If the articles are funded, the foundation name and number should be indicated in a footnote at the bottom left corner of the first page of the article. The journal will give priority to publishing papers with any level of fund project.

11. Journal of Power Supply (JOPS) is an open access journal, all articles which are published in JOPS are permanently free for everyone to read, download and share. A Copyright Transfer Agreement Form should be included in the initial submission. (refer to " Copyright Transfer Agreement Template")
